I used to get sick CONSTANTLY, so maybe it's making a difference? I know I'm exposed to a lot of our kids' sicknesses though, so I'm not sure how I'm avoiding major sickness... they're sick pretty regularly! Maybe it's all the Vitamin C I've been eating lately (in the form of clementines)!</p> <p>Are you religious about washing your hands when you get home from being out? Does it help you avoid getting sick? </p>
