I actually do ok with heights, but the uncontrollable fall from said heights does me in. I can't stand take off, but I make sure I am nice and busy for it. But I've been bungee jumping and zip lining. I am also deathly afraid of vomit, so I always am super paranoid that my seat mates will throw up. </p> <p>I flew to Minnesota last August (5 hr flight) and I had to sit back with the flight attendants hyperventilating and crying. Although when I fly with my dad sometimes I get a little anxious when he makes a bumpy landing, that's not really his fault though, little planes are just like that sometimes. </p> <p>Heights I'm a little afraid of. The CN tower in Toronto with the glass part in the floor, I didn't want to walk on that part :) I was nervous to step off the platform when we were zip lining, but I still did it. I don't let it stop me from flying, but sometimes I find takeoff to be unpleasant. I have some relaxation techniques I use though and I am 100% fine.
