I used my Mother's Day IOU (there wasn't anything in particular I wanted for the occasion so I asked for an IOU) to get myself a diaper bag and matching cosmetic bag from the Kate Spade surprise sale last week. I fell on the pavement the other day and DH had a fit about it and told me to buy some sturdier shoes, so I got a pair of Dansko sandals for 30% off at Zappos. I also used a $75 gift card to Motherhood Maternity to get myself a Snoogle and some preggo panties. I usually do a LOT of shopping at Kohl's during these holiday sales because I Christmas shop year round, but I haven't had the energy this weekend. We won't be using it immediately, but they had such great deals going on this weekend that we had to take advantage of it.
