Yes. LO's had teachers that we've absolutely loved and some that we don't really like, but we have always liked the daycare in general. She's actually had quite a few due to room changes and staff turnover and it's interesting how I react to them differently. Her current set of teachers includes one that I liked immediately (and still do), one that I disliked immediately (and still do), and one that I disliked at first and then grew to like.

I really love the daycare L is in right now. There has only been one teacher I didn't like and that's because she was absolutely lazy. Otherwise, they're all great and fantastic with kids.

@mediagirl: An emphatic YES! Until kindergarten, DD was in a home daycare that functioned more like a preschool and I loved that fact. She learned so many things there and they really helped me in preparing her for kindergarten. And not only that, they loved her. That part meant the world to me

On a personal level though, it took me a looooong time to 'like' the teachers. DD went there for almost 3 years and it wasn't until the end that I started to like them. Now, when we have another child that requires care, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to send them there too.

ETA: I didn't necessarily like one of her kindergarten teachers (job share) either but I just reminded myself it's not about me! Its about DD and if she's having the best experience possible - which of course, she was

I love everything my lo is learning in her school. I love that she is happy there and loves the friends she is making. I am not a huge fan of her teachers. The school has a curriculum it has to follow so I just lean on the fact that they have to follow the curriculum when I think about the fact that the teachers aren't my favorite people ever.
