My mom &amp; aunt's big thing is that I'd "have" to stop when he got teeth, because it would hurt. 1) Don't tell me what I "have" to do! 2) You can keep breastfeeding even if the baby has teeth (he only bit down twice &amp; we're still nursing. 3) Why do people care?! I said at least a year, probably wean a little after that, and she looked really surprised. She tried to play it off but then said how it was "weird" when you see older toddlers still nursing- I let that one slide. Let me just preface this with that. He's a great guy, but sometimes the stuff that comes out of his mouth...</p> <p>I was talking to him today and he asked "are you still nursing?" When I said yes, he made this really surprised, sort of weirded out noise, then said "well, I guess it's up to you..."</p> <p>LO is only 2 months! I plan on BF-ing her at least for 6, depending on how my supply goes when I get back to work. I laughed at him and told him it was none of his business, to which he agreed! haha!</p> <p>He also told me I should not be giving in to my 2-month old's demands and should be letting her scream it out :p </p> <p>Anyone else get some funny/outdated/ridiculous parenting advice lately? </p>
