Since discovering this amazing thing many years ago, I haven't had to use allergy meds. Just use the neti pot which flushes out the pollen. Prescription: Singulair and Nasonex nose spray. And OTC claritin. AND 3 allergy shots a week. And usually Sudafed/Tylenol once a week or so for horrible sinus pressure.
