Happy to see this thread - it is nice to know that I am not the only one. I am usually 5-7 pounds heavier. I suspect it's because, like a lot of the other ladies, I weigh myself first thing in the morning with an empty stomach and bladder. It's so hard not tell the nurse "I was lighter at home this morning, I swear!"

I think I'm the odd man out but I always weigh 1-2 pounds LESS on the doctors scale. Anyone want a recommendation?

I'm so happy I'm not alone in this! My doc's scale always shows me about 7 lbs heavier. I blame it on the fact that at home I weigh first thing after morning pee, naked, before eating while at the doctor I've usually just downed a huge late lunch and got my work suit or something heavy on.

Nope! I'm like 5-6 lbs heavier on the scale at the doc's office. But at home I always weight myself first thing in the morning with little to no clothes on. At the doc's office it is usually afternoon so I have had breakfast + lunch + 2-3 glasses of water, and I'm always wearing jeans. It's annoying but I go by my scale at home.
