All the women on my mom's side are within an inch or two of 5', so we always joke that when it's just us in photos, we look normal. It's only when other people join that we look short! Funnily enough, the guys on that side of the family are over 5'8", so the short is just a girl thing. :wink: </p> <p>As for teasing/comments, I was never teased by my peers for being small, but I did get comments from my classmates' parents. My entire family are shorties (my mom is 5'2" and her mom is 4'9"). In high school, my nickname was "little bit." I actually like being short, most of the time :) I was never really teased, though. Our LO isn't here yet but at today's ultrasound (25 weeks), he's measuring like 2 weeks ahead and he's already over 2 pounds. If you're short you can always wear tall shoes and no guy was ruled out for being on the short side.
