YES! We started shopping at Whole Foods when I got pregnant. I've become one of those organic freaks. -.-

I try, and like to pretend I am eating good! I have never been a good eater though, and I have the WORST sweet tooth ever, which pregnancy doesn't help. But I keep healthy things in the house to try to make myself eat, like carrots and celery with peanut butter, etc. I think the hardest thing for me is that I am lazy, and don't want to take the time to fix things!

I'm like you -- I love takeout,! I hate to cook, so that always played a role in my poor eating habits.

I planned on eating healthier during pregnancy, but it turned out that my biggest cravings *were* fruits and vegetables. I would eat an entire head of cauliflower in two days, and would buy fresh watermelon several times a week. I couldn't get enough of strawberries and grapes, either!

So while I intended on having a healthier diet in the first place, I ended up having one simply because of cravings :D

Yup. I am diabetic and before our MC I was super careful about what I would eat. I find that I'm not too careful until we ovulate but then I am very strict during the TWW, just in case.

Nope, I try, I fail. I felt sick so much early on that just eating anything was a challenge. I have had incredible aversions to almost all things meat and vegetables during pregnancy, so while I know I should eat a salad, the thought grosses me out.

I do the best I can to make better choices, but the boy is growing well and my doctor is happy, so I'm going with the daily food moods of whatever suits, usually carbs.

I told my boss today, since I was eating lunch out for the fifth day this week- we can afford it financially right now and my doc wants me to keep gaining weight, so I am going with it.

I've always been a healthy eater and now that I'm PG, I'm trying to eat even healthier - I do need to exercise better though :)

I don't think so. I stayed away from all the no-no's but didn't make any special effort to eat healthier because during the 1st trimester I didn't feel like eating anything. And then during the remainder, I just really wanted comfort food, which for me was a ton of Chinese food.

I like yoursilverlining had great plans for pregnancy. Prior to pregnancy I was in the best shape of my life - working out 6-7 times a week for an hour and seeing a personal trainer (who is an NFL cheerleader) 3 times a week to work out. I was also eating the best I ever have. I had plans to continue all of the above during pregnancy. Then came the actual pregnancy - horrible morning/all day sickness and all of the above has been flushed down the toilet :(. I am now 22 weeks and feeling better, but still have ZERO motivation.

I haven't intentionally eaten differently, but my appetite did take a big hit at the beginning- especially my sweet tooth. Sweets have only started sounding good to me again in the last couple of weeks (I'm 26 weeks now).
I made an a big effort to cut out soda before getting pregnant and we eat really healthily. I do admit that not having access to American fast food has made eating well way easier! :)

Oh, I had grand plans of how I would eat pre-pregnancy! LOL, needless to say, reality was different.

Prior to pregnancy, I ate a very healthy diet. We love to cook, so there was very, very little processed/prepackaged foods, salads almost every night, lots of veggies and fresh fish/seafoood several times a week.

I was so sick my first trimester that some days it was hard to anything eat at all. I’ve not really craved anything yet – mostly, I just try to think of a bunch of meal options and the one idea that makes me gag the least wins. 99% of the time, this is something very carb-heavy and fairly bland (plain pasta, bagels, etc.). Salads have been out, as have most veggies.

Last night we had fish, which was only the second time I’ve had fish since about week 6. :( Hoping I can start eating like my old self again soon!

I tried. But I was always so hungry and craved peanut butter milkshakes constantly, so it wasn't easy!

I have never been a healthy eater. I enjoy take-out (chinese, pizza, sushi, etc). I don't enjoy salads but I do always try to get at least 2 fruits into me a day.

I haven't really been paying too much attention to what I'm eating now that I'm pregnant. I take my prenatal vitamins and make sure I get some fruit in me each day. Other than that, I'm not really trying to eat healthier.

Are you eating healthier while pregnant? Did you when you were pregnant?
