She decided to wean from nursing the day we brought her baby sister home from the hospital, just like that. I nursed her while I was in labor and then she never asked for it again! She also potty trained incredibly easy and then night trained herself a few weeks later. She does, however, still ask to drink milk out of a bottle sometimes and be a "baby." She tended to enjoy things for a long while - nursing, bottles, diapers - but once she decided to quit them, she would quit them instantly.</p> <p>She weaned in one day, dropped her bottle in one day, potty trained in one day. The other night, we night trained her and she's never wore a diaper since. I must be sentimental, because I was all worked up for a while about how I should've been more "present" when I changed her last diaper. I kept thinking that if I could just change her diaper one more time, I would really like that.</p> <p>At the end of the day though, it's just a diaper. I think I'm just realizing how quickly the kids are growing up! They are quitting everything - I just hope they don't outgrow me and Bee! :) </p>
