Some days yes DS sound exactly like your kids. Some days, he would be super cranky, crying and screaming at me when I pick him up from school. So if we get home and he had a minute of outside time after we get home, he would just suddenly revert to normal. Then we go back into the house and there goes more crying and screaming. I work with kiddos from age 6 - 12 and they absolutely need at least 30 minutes (preferably more) outside. So they eat well, and then pass out - glorious!</p> <p>When they are indoors all day, they still have all that energy inside and they're not hungry or tired. So they don't eat dinner and then stay up and beg for snacks! Going to try and get more outdoor playtime into their daily routine... </p>
