I'm usually a pretty secure password person. On some websites, I just use something generic, though b/c I don't want to have to think and there is no personal info on the site. I don't believe I would ever use my LO's name, though. I have too many other numbers, letters, characters ingrained in there for passwords/

I did the IT at my last job ... you would not believe how many people have the password as either their kids, partner or pets! Don't do it!

Nope, and that's because using your kids names is the first thing that hackers will try!

There's a really cool tool at our local kids museum, it's called "how hackable is your password?" Mine was unhackable!

No, not in my passwords because it just doesn't seem very smart.

haha nope, no kids yet, don't have their names yet. but even when we do have kids, i would never use their names in my password. i have passwords that i've been using the years (which is probably a security FAIL!).

Nope. I have a system I use over and over and it doesn't include any special dates or names.

haha that reminds me of when the cable guy was here installing something and he told me to think of a password. he caught me eyeing my lil toddler playing in the corner and he was like, "nooo... don't use her name!" i was amazed he figured me out! haha. but yea, my passwords are usually based on a pattern of passwords I have always used since I first got email... way before kids!

DO NOT POST YOUR PASSWORD HERE!!

But I am curious if anyone has their LO's name as part of their passwords. Because I was just changing my password, and all I could come up with are passwords with my kids' names in them. Security FAIL.
