I wish! Her sleep has been terrible lately, but while night time sleep has gotten better, her naps are difficult.

Nope. She isn't a bad napper, just really random.

@winniebee: I think it's partly because he's catching up on lost sleep during the week. I.e. very few naps at daycare!

LO is 4 months and on the weekends his nap schedule is fairly predictable. he has two 3-hour naps during the day, and then a crap one in the late afternoon (i.e. sleeps for about 1 hour and then cries/fusses even though he's still clearly tired but he never goes back to sleep).

at daycare during the week though, it's all over the place.

At the moment, yes!

Miss A will usually have a 1.5-2 hour nap in the morning and a one hour nap in the afternoons

DD was never a good napper. She fought naps, and they were very unpredictable. Now at 13.5 months, she finally has fallen into a much more predictable pattern, but she still fights her naps. She takes one nap per day, and I have to wait until she's good and tired, otherwise she'll just get really mad instead of going to sleep!

both kids have been pretty good nappers. (knock on wood)

olive wasn't until 8 months when we nap trained, but since then she has been a great napper. we nap trained charlie at 4 1/2 months and he has been a great napper since then except for a month or two after 3 when he didn't nap for a while.

naps are my saving grace!

Nope! But she's only 5 weeks old. She does typically do a nice long 3 hour nap in the afternoon sometime, and short cat naps in the morning (15-40 mins).

At home, T, pretty much always takes a morning nap of 1:30 (literally on the button) and 1 hour in the afternoon. They vary if he had a crappy night's sleep the night before or if he's sick.

Today he took 1:40 in the morning and has been sleeping 1:15 this afternoon so far. But he's getting over a cold and I think he's pretty tired from that.

ETA: He's 12 months old.

What about your LO?
