For instance, she feels "comfortable/relaxed" (there's a Chinese term for it so I'm literally translating) where I am in life and what I have accomplished, and can only hope my brother can be the same (soon). </p> <p>I know my dad is proud of me, but he's never said it out loud. I can't say as I've always been proud of myself over the years but, whatever decisions I've made in life, she's been behind me 100%, cheering me on from the sidelines. Now my life is 100% on track, I've got a great career, an amazing husband and a lovely house - and I think she's very relieved to finally see me achieving my dreams but, as far as pride goes, she was proud all along.
