<description>&#60;p&#62;My basset likes to follow us around but I wouldn't say he's particularly protective. If my husband is tickling me or something, he might jump on him (in a totally playful way) but for the most part, he's just a shadow. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;He loves being in LO's nursery (LO isn't here yet). I don't know why but he's been coming in and laying next to the crib. He even taps on the door, wanting to come in, if the door is shut. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I hope he's protective of LO and gets along with him :) I have such fond memories of playing with our family dogs growing up and I hope LO will too!
