We usually have one day where my husband does some kind of bike racing - although it's both days during the fall. Then we come home and lay around because we've usually gotten up pretty early. The other day we typically lounge around in the morning, then jump on our bikes and go get groceries and ride to the park, then come home and make a nice dinner.
