I am in med device sales and sometimes I want to strangle people in person but especially over the phone! Accounts harass me with ridiculous phone calls constantly, and when I'm almost 38 weeks pregnant, I basically want to strangle them with their own tongue and then hang them with it, lol . My patience has NOT been there!!! Today I am annoyed by:</p> <p>1) Man who leaves a really long message and mumbles his name/contact info. I can make out the phone number but not the name or what he wants...it's really awkward to call a number and not know who you want to speak to! So I don't usually call those people back.</p> <p>2) Man who calls and leaves a message when I'm at lunch, 11:45am or so. Calls again around 1pm while I'm on the phone w/a customer and tells my co-worker he is still waiting on a call back. Seriously, it's not life or death, you're not the only person in the world, it has barely been an hour and I don't have to call you back the minute I sit down at my desk! (p.s. when they call multiple times, I usually wait extra long to call back)</p> <p>3) Lady who calls and asks endless basic questions about who we are/what we do, all of which can be answered by the briefest glance at our web site. I recommend checking it out for general info (while still answering her questions) and she says she doesn't have time because she's at work...but she has 10+ minutes to keep me on the phone asking question after question after question, all of them repetitive and making my brain rot.</p> <p>We're leaving an hour early today but at this rate I may not make it! Anyone else having a looooong or stabby day? </p>
