@aunt pol: You could have seen it here, too from Mrs. Yoyo: http://www.hellobee.com/2012/01/10/operation-solids/.

Her post has a link to an article with suggestions from the AAP and this quote: “… [T]here is no medical evidence that introducing solid foods in any particular order has an advantage for your baby. Though many pediatricians will recommend starting vegetables before fruits, there is no evidence that your baby will develop a dislike for vegetables if fruit is given first. Babies are born with a preference for sweets, and the order of introducing foods does not change this.”

That is precisely the thing, Mr. Bee. I guess I remembered it wrong. You don't know where she came by that info, by any chance?

@aunt pol: Is this the post you had in mind?
http://www.hellobee.com/2012/10/08/getting-started-with-solids-purees-and-baby-led-weaning/

I don't see an article source on it though...

Hi, slim chance of this I think but anyhow. I vaguely remember , (either in one of her own posts or as part of a comment on someone else's) Mrs. Bee mentioning that the notion that giving infants sweet foods leads to their having a sweet tooth later on, has been debunked and isn't supported by evidence. I think there was a link as well to an article, I guess. Was I dreaming? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
