I worked once a week at the most, and for only about 2-3 hours at a time. I don't recall having to give any vaccination records. I used my high school records and I'm positive I wasn't up to date on boosters and definitely didn't have TDAP. this was about 10 years ago. I had to submit a police check and vaccination record for the one day per month I volunteer there. I don't remember doing so! Then again, that was 10 years ago, and and I was an hourly assistant instead of an official teacher. Howeveir, rank really shouldn't matter! Through online research, I can't figure out if it is required by law in Arizona, but I'm guessing probably not because, well, Arizona is pretty low regulation / government "interference." </p>
