We split child care 50/50, but I do all the cooking and the majority of the cleaning. He will help if I ask but he never initiates it on his own, or utnil I say "go clean the bathroom already." haha I do appreciate how much he helps with LO, we literally do every other time besides feeding. Grr. He works full time and I work three days a week. I would say he does closer to 40%. He does most of the laundry and cleans the kitchen every night. </p> <p>I do all the other cleaning, straightening, bathrooms, most of the grocery shopping, virtually all of the cooking (if he cooks its usually pretty simple stuff, not that I don't appreciate it!), make the baby food, schedule appointments, pay bills, etc.</p> <p>To be fair, he did say I do "most of the childcare" and that total our workloads are about even. But I don't know if he notices how much stuff I get done on my days at home! It varies week to week, but he is far more organized and linear thinking than I am. I'd say 50-80%, with the variation depending on LO's (lack of) sleep.
