I think you can give a lot more things. From your example, I would have given LO small piece of white fish, tortilla if it's soft, and some of the fixings like guacamole. We had a few things we waited till 1 year to give, per rec. of our ped. (eg chocolate, strawberries, peanuts, honey and a couple more) but otherwise if it seems like LO can handle it I would go ahead and try.

Both I guess, I'm not sure if I should be giving her everything we eat (except choking hazards, and honey).

Are you thinking about foods as individual items? Or, meal-type things? In terms of spice, I've used: soy sauce, onions, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley, and basil.

This solid/finger food thing is killing me!
I've given her quite a bit but there are still a lot of things that we eat that I don't think she should have yet. For example I made fish tacos with cod the other day, is white fish ok? We eat a lot of salmon too. Last night I made a stir-fry and it was a little spicy, I'm not sure if those things are ok.

So far she's had -
Scrambled Eggs
Homemade Waffles
Bananas - a favorite morning staple of hers
Grapes
Peaches
Cantaloup
Watermelon
Blueberries
Blackberries
Whole Wheat Pasta
Ground Hamburger - she stole a piece of Daddy's burger
Puffs of course
Whole Wheat Toast with Avocado
Tomato
Summer Squash
Cucumber
Green Beans
Corn
