Say the test can detect 13 HCG at 10DPO - the numbers are supposed to double every 24 hours I believe - so 26 at 11 DPO, 52 at 12 DPO, 104 at 13 DPO. That still isn't a super high number to make the lines really dark but by 15 DPO you have gone to 416 - which is a lot more than 13! Could you call your OB and ask for a blood test/beta and have them test your progesterone?
