Being at fault or not is likely not going to influence the decision though. It will be helpful if you can show the guidelines that your seat follows for replacement. It should be clearly stated in the manual. I was at fault in a car crash today. We meet with the insurance guy tomorrow. Is there a chance they would be willing to cover my car seat? I know car seats are covered by insurance in some cases, but not sure about the "at fault" part...</p> <p>(Disclaimer: It sucks emotionally and financially but at least physically everyone is ok.) </p>
