Our Kuerig lives on it, We pull the little tray out to fix our coffee, the drawer holds K-cups and sugar, the cabinet has our mugs and travel mugs. I found that larger items carried the proper weight to balance the size of the wall. We have wainscoting all around, a wide entrance from the hallway and a smaller opening that leads into the butler's pantry. The wainscoting helps the room not look empty! When guests come I usually also set out a few boxes of tea.
