I've heard that the at-home tests aren't worth the money you would spend. They typically only check one hormone level...that may or may not indicate how fertile you are...and definitely won't tell you if you have some other impediment to conception (an anatomic variant, blocked tubes etc). Spending a couple of months tracking your cycle (reading TCOYF, temping, using OPK) would be a much better use of your time!
