<description>&#60;p&#62;I really like Focus T25.  The workouts are only 25 minutes long and definitely get you sweating!  You don't need any equipment either other than a yoga mat and some light weights.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@Ra:  My gym is starting up a Cize class this fall, and I'm really excited to try it!  I've heard good things.
