It didn't do us much good, he still took WAY longer to fall into good sleep habits than his brother who we set a routine for a couple of months later than that. Maybe when we sleep trained around 5.5 months? E never really seemed intent on a bedtime routine...we always did dinner, then a bath, and then it sort of varied from there. With DD1 we didn't start our "bath, books, bed" until she was 4 months old and deep in the 4 month sleep regression. With DD2 I want to start earlier to see if we could start getting into more regular evenings faster than it took with her sister (she is 3 weeks old currently) </p>
