LO doesn't know how to spit yet, plus we can only brush her teeth if we lay her on our laps on the floor, but we use just a tiny amount of toothpaste where I think it is ok. The dentist told us to just hold the tip of the toothpaste to the brush, squeeze until the toothpaste touches the brush and let go. At what age do kids start knowing how to spit when they brush? I am also taking her for her first dentist visit this month so they should be able to give us more advice too </p>
