We went with the Joovy Zoom 360. I like that you can choose to lock the wheel or make it swivel. Haven't strolled baby in it yet but have it all put together and ready and LOVE it so far! Strollers are SO MUCH CHEAPER on amazon.com!! We are only a few hours from the border so I'm hoping to buy our stroller & crib in the states (I know car seats are a big no-no) but can't find much information. The Health Canada page says it would need the instructions in both french and english to cross the border (What are the chances of that??) ...all of the message boards I've searched makes it seem like Canadians don't have too tough of a time bringing strollers and cribs across the border. We started looking months before we registered and came back several times to push them around, fold them up, see how they work with car seats, etc. Plus we checked online reviews after seeing in person. I feel like I have a more well-rounded knowledge than if I had gone in once, seen something cool and decided on it immediately. They had a much better selection compared to BRU. I was bummed because we only have BRU stores here and they all carry the same travel system like sets which I didn't want. I ended up having to buy my stroller sight unseen from Amazon (Britax B-Ready). I knew it was returnable but I watched SOOO many you tube videos! I don't think you should feel silly doing it early if you want to-- those things can be expensive, so it would be smart to decide early and watch for sales/start saving.
