What you felt sounds like what I felt, 'cept I haven't' felt another 'gush' yet... crotch of my pants is always damp though and it doesn't smell like pee. The first time I felt it (the gush) I went in and got it checked. L&amp;D tested for amnio fluid, but the tests were negative. I told myself I was just being paranoid and that I was just probably sweaty, and went on with my super swollen middle of the summer third tri. </p> <p>Fast forward to my 38 week appointment, I mentioned to my OB that I felt like LO had slowed down a bit, and that I wondered if she was just running out of room. When she checked the doppler, LO's heart rate had some minor decels. I was sent over for more HR monitoring (LO), and then sent over for an u/s due to the multiple decels. As it turns out, I *was* leaking fluid and I only had 1 pocket of fluid left.
