If I have a way to help her discomfort I'll do it. We've only done it a handful of times but it helps. I would also take lo to the doc if the congestion and discomfort lasted a while to make sure it isn't an ear infection. It usually does wonders to help her sleep, so I don't hesitate to give her a dose. She was up a lot last night and was very restless. I could tell she was really uncomfortable and would wake screaming. She's very congested so she's having a hard time breathing. </p> <p>I took her temp in the middle of the night and it was 100.8. It was the same this morning. I've never given her Tylenol, and I read online that you shouldn't give it until the fever is over 102, but the box also says it's for pain and discomfort. I didn't give any, but I'm tempted to give her some tonight if she's acting the same way. </p> <p>At what point do you give Tylenol or Motrin? </p>
