As long as he seems to be feeling ok, is eating and drinking enough, than I let it run it's coarse. It can take up to 10 days sometimes. We just went through it actually. We all got the stomach flu this week, but LO had it first and was done vomiting on Tuesday. He's had horribly stinky, diarrhea blowouts a couple of times a day every day since then. :( </p> <p>He just had his second this morning. He seems to be eating/drinking probably 3/4 his norm so I'm not overly concerned about dehydration and he's as active as ever. He also popped his first tooth through this week, and he has a second on its way. Teething can cause diarrhea, I know, too. </p> <p>I'm just conflicted on whether to call and take him in -- especially as both DH and I are still recovering and I don't want to expose any one to this horrible bug. I just also don't want him to suddenly come down with horrible dehydration or another complication! </p>
