Over 102.5 or so id probably give it even if she seemed fine though (even though even that might now be necessary). </p> <p>But if she's had a low fever all day and is just a little out of sorts, I often do give it before bed. Yes I agree. He has also been fussier than usual but we are in the yucky midst of transitioning from 3 to 2 naps so I think that might be why. So I didn't want to rely solely on that for administering Tylenol, but he also felt a little warm. Even though 100.5 isn't that high I was thinking better safe than sorry. Mine has had 100.5 temp (which I know isn't that high, but higher than normal) for the last 3 days. I have been giving it only at night before bed just because I worry about it spiking in his sleep or something (which may or may not be a rational concern, ha. I have no clue!) </p>
