I usually only give it if he's closer to 102 or if he seems miserable, which thankfully hasn't been very often. He acts like a completely different child when he aches. I'm just of the mindset that there's no reason he needs to be that uncomfortable if he doesn't have to. We're dealing with a cold this week, too, and it's never fun when our babes are sick.
