I think we're going to switch. We currently pay $165 for comcast cable (w/HBO), and wireless internet. It's ridiculous, because we barely watch television. I wish Google Fiber would hurry up and go national.

Yes, we've had it in two homes and are very happy with it. We had Comcast while we were in an apartment short-term - we were glad to return to Uverse.

Yes, we have AT&T for wireless and cable. We had Brighthouse and adding cable with them was going to be too expensive, and I was unhappy with their internet speed. (I work from home so I need good internet.) AT&T Uverse didn't provide the same level (by speed # or whatever it is) of internet but the price was right so I tried it out. HOLY COW. Better internet even though technically it's not as high speed. I think it's due to the type of connection being different. And it's less $$ too. I just called yesterday to cancel HBO (3 month free trial was up) the lady was so nice- told me to call back on the 17th I could probably get free 3 months again, AND she said she saw we didn't have HD (it's an extra $10 a month) but since they had a promo she went ahead and added it free for a year. I've been really happy with the service - both for equipment and customer service!

We know it'll go up a lot in a year but since we had them before (2 years ago we moved and had to "quit" them until they became available again) I know that you can call and say you're going to not renew unless there's a deal for your next year, and usually you can get in the ballpark or even less if you stay with them. Their customer retention line is very helpful. I prefer the whole no-contract, no-increases service like Brighthouse had but AT&T provides a better service so it's worth having to negotiate a little next year!

We switched about 14 months ago and loved it. However, our promotional price was up and our services went up $60. We are switching to Wow because it's much more cost affective.

i switched to at&t uverse at the beginning of may. i had time warner and hated everything about their service. compared to them, at&t uverse is amazing. cost wise, i pay pretty much around the same price i did with time warner ( i have internet, cable & a landline) but with uverse i also get some premium movie channels and my internet connection is so much better.
