I had a great birth experience that was almost entirely attributed to the fact that he let me go with the flow. (When I did not progress at all because of pelvic bone issues, I made the decision for a c-section. He would have let me continue to labor and try if I wanted to. And we pulled every trick in the book to try and make it happen without surgery, but c-section turned out to be the best and only decision.) He is very responsive to questions, concerns, etc. And, I have to add because I had a c-section, he's a good surgeon.
