FX. I'm on the progesterone suppositories which are making me feel miserable. And, I have a cold on top of it. And the progesterone is probably giving me false hope as my temps are still high (higher than my norm) and no AF…and I have read it can keep you from getting AF. But who really knows? Re appt is in October, so I guess that means we just keep trying til then. It almost feels like a lost cause at this point and that it's never going to happen. In our wtf appt with the RE this week she recommended a few cycles of IUI &amp; if that doesn't work, IVF. I've been a little excited &amp; a little upset in needing to process those options. I'm going for a consult but I'm unsure about going under/IVs/surgery. Consultation with the surgeon is on Sept 25.</p> <p>The RE said yes, there are people have have kids with a partial or full septum, but at almost 2 years in I've never even had a :bfp: let alone anything else, so this is her recommendation. I talked with DH this morning and he thinks when we completely give up control, it will happen. I told him that emotionally I'm going to prepare myself for it not to happen but he made me promise I wouldn't give up hope. And I won't. I know God can nod a baby into existance. Nothing I do or don't do will affect that. @lazypanda shared with me that she got her bfp on the 2nd unmedicated cycle after clomid. So deep down I will continue to have hope, but I am going to start accepting our life as is... with one, AMAZING little boy who is so very loving and special. I've even been reading about accepting secondary infertility by researching all the great things of having an "Only". Whatever happens, it is well with my soul! And we're currently in between health insurance coverages so to continue with the RE going fwd would be expensive. Clomid was as far as we wanted to go with fertility intervention and it probably didn't work :( So there are not really any more moves to make. I'm 34 and DH is 38. Our son turns 6 in a couple weeks. We really just wanted to give him a sibling. He has always asked for one. But it just doesn't seem to be part of our life plan. It's hard to even write that, but I need to come to terms with it. We NTNP for 2 years and then actively tried for a year and a 1/2.
