Didn't get bitten once, and I'm usually a mosquito magnet (I also didn't use bug spray). Disney does a really good job of controlling mosquitoes, but ultimately it's up to you and whether or not you want to take a risk. We stayed solely on Disney property. Since you have no way of knowing what the spread might be like next year, maybe only make reservations you can definitely cancel? If I was planning to be pregnant next year, I wouldn't plan a trip down there. Too hard to know what the situation will be like next year, and it would be disappointing to have to cancel or spend the whole time being anxious. At the time it was strictly in Miami but Disney is sure to keep you safe. In our hotel they have bottles of Cutter and in all the parks, even Disney springs, there is Cutter stations, where they spray you down.
