<description>&#60;p&#62;That's awesome! Customer service can be so hit or miss that it's really nice to hear about companies getting it right.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;While we're giving accolades, I've also had great customer service from Joovy (replaced clips for my daughter's tricycle at no charge and sent more than were broken - all the way to Hong Kong!) and Skip Hop (replaced my Zoo Spot play mat when I wrote to tell them that the printed animals were rubbing off after just a few weeks of use).

<description>&#60;p&#62;Just because I like to reward companies who truly give a great customer service experience (note: I do not work for Medela :)).  One of the rings that the bottle nipple goes in to somehow melted.  I rarely put them in the dishwasher, but in this case DH took them out and didn't notice.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Not only will Medela be sending me a new one for free (even though they recognize that it probably wasn't a defect), but they're sending me three just in case!  Now that's what I call awesome.
