I started taking again after O bc it is supposed to help in your luteal phase and help with progesterone. the one thing I read is that if you do get a BFP while on it, you cannot stop cold turkey. I did not like this. The first cycle that I stopped taking b-Complex, and instead took just B6, I O'ed on CD 15 instead of CD 17 or 18. I'm not sure how this helped my LP, I got KU this cycle, but sadly it ended in MC. I'm 7 dpo, and the last 2 cycles I've started spotting by now, but nothing so far! I've been taking them for almost a week and I'm on Cd10. I'm having a lot of cramping even though my period ended 3 days ago. Also a loooot of discharge. OPK this morning was negative, but I expected that. I'm not worried but the cramps hurt quite a bit.</p> <p>Anyone else have side effects with B complex vitamins? </p>
