@hilsy85: I'm not sure, I just started taking it after my MC because I heard it can help with building up your uterine lining. But I wasn't sure if it was safe to stop as soon as you get a bfp since I've been taking it for a good month now.

@NovBaby1112: thanks, that's what I was thinking!

@NurseDMB: I took it for a few days in the beginning of my cycle but then stopped as I got closer to O bc I didn't want to delay O. I started taking again after O bc it is supposed to help in your luteal phase and help with progesterone. the one thing I read is that if you do get a BFP while on it, you cannot stop cold turkey. So I've been gradually taking less and less after I got my BFP.

@NurseDMB: I thought the best time to take it was after your ovulation? Because it helps with the luteal phase?

@NurseDMB: I've been wondering this to. I'm 3dpo and wondering if I should stop after BFP?

Just an update. The intense cramping and discharge went away the day after I posted this!

For those of you taking B-6, did you stop taking it after you got your bfp? I've been taking it for over a month now after I had a mc, I'm due to ovulate soon and wondering when I should stop taking it.

@Mamaof2: I agree. It could be the follicle that's really working!

I took B100 complex to help regulate my LP (8 days) and O (CD 36?) while BF. I O-ed earlier and got my BFP the next month. Hopefully it helps you along as well!

I suspect that B-Complex lengthened my cycle- along with the beginning of my cycle. I did not like this. The first cycle that I stopped taking b-Complex, and instead took just B6, I O'ed on CD 15 instead of CD 17 or 18. I'm not sure how this helped my LP, I got KU this cycle, but sadly it ended in MC. I'm continuing to take B6, but it's been to close to the MC to see how it has affected my cycle.

I just started it this cycle. So far pre o, I had some cramping on the last 2 days of my period (normally only cramp day 1 & 2), slightly more yellow urine, increased cm, and a stronger O (short surge, fast high rise). I'm 7 dpo, and the last 2 cycles I've started spotting by now, but nothing so far! Hoping for a longer LP as well.

A HB user recommended B complex vitamins to help regulate my cycles. I've been taking them for almost a week and I'm on Cd10. I'm having a lot of cramping even though my period ended 3 days ago. Also a loooot of discharge. OPK this morning was negative, but I expected that. I'm not worried but the cramps hurt quite a bit.

Anyone else have side effects with B complex vitamins?
