I read the No Cry Sleep Solution and worked off of that (but not rigidly). We were able to get on the 2-3-4 schedule and then 3-3 schedule. Only caveat is that she will ONLY nap at home now. No stroller naps, no car naps. I used to be able to count on him to sleep well at night, but that's gone downhill too! But her night sleep has been really crappy lately too...she's been up every hour or two for the past few days and I'm EXHAUSTED! Thirty minute cat naps until he was about 8 months old. We still have to go for stroller or car rides for naps and he's 20 months. I gave up on trying to force him to sleep. She may pass out from exhaustion for twenty or thirty minutes two times a day but otherwise she is not interested in taking naps. Prior to this point she usually took two naps that were an hour to two hours long.</p> <p>She sleeps well at night and in general is a happy baby.</p> <p>Please help. Is this the point where we need to nap train? </p>
