I can't believe that he's already 17 months old. The first 8 months were so difficult for various reasons, but him growing at that time was amazing. Now, he surprises us with his words and personality. It's so thrilling to watch his personality develop. Last night, I was blown away how he ate a filet and a half of tilapia. I have anxiety over this. I cried so much during his first month thinking about him growing up too fast (yay hormones). It's almost time to switch out his 0-3 month clothes to 3-6 and it's already making me sad :(</p> <p>I try to counter these feelings by thinking about how much more I love him than when he was born (even though I didn't think it was possible)! I know it will just keep getting better. Ever since Noelle turned 3, I've been wanting to stop time. Some of the things that come out of her mouth just seems so "adult-like" and she has a greater understanding of so much that I feel like the next few years are just going to zoom by in the blink of an eye. Then there's Jaren who is turning 1 next month, and I am trying my hardest to cherish his babyhood and sometimes I find myself staring at him, just trying to imprint his chubs and the way he is right at this moment in my mind so that I don't forget.</p> <p>Too too fast for me.
