And asked the ped when he came to see us in the hospital. And he told me he had actually just seen LO spit up in the nursery and she was already able to turn her head and let it dribble out. But our ped said babies just swallow it back down or cough it out and it dribbles down their mouth. She rolled up a swaddle blanket and propped LO on her side. I've got a cheeky side sleeper (you put her on her back and she must roll somehow) so I worry some ill will come of that!
