<description>&#60;p&#62;When I've had that issue it basically means that they're all out of the item at their national warehouse but that there are still stores that have it in stock...unfortunately, it never seems to be any of the stores by me! I tried calling their corporate number and they were able to tell me the closest store that had the item, but it was like 2 hours away. No thank you!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@pui:  yeah, unfortunately I gave phone problems with them too.....called a couple stores near me to see if they had an item in stock and was on hold for over 20 min for each......only for them to tell me no! Sucks! You have lots of good suggestions, unfortunately my stores suck.  :sad: I would forgo them completely but it's hard to when all my gift cards are to that darn store! Why couldn't people get me BBB gift cards? Lol.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@pui:  ugh, don't get me started with the local store.....there are always a million customers in there and only one cashier! I actually went the other day and was waiting in a huge line...there was one woman in front of me and it looked like she wanted to buy some formula. Well, a backup cashier came up to open another lane and went up to her and asked her if she was making a purchase (the line we were all standing in was returns/purchase). Well the lady was foreign and didn't really understand what the cashier was asking and kept saying, &#34;I don't understand I don't understand&#34; and the cashier got all frustrated and skipped her and motioned me over to pay! I was annoyed and said to the cashier &#34;I'm pretty sure she is buying that formula!&#34; And the cashier sighed and waved the woman over to pay. Yep...that's my local store for you!

<description>&#60;p&#62;For some reason every time I go to BRU the customer service is interesting and they always give me a hard time about coupons. For this reason I often will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to  Buy Buy Baby. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Before LO was born I also had an issue with an online order of cloth diapers and they made it quite difficult.

&#60;p&#62;Two times now I've tried to buy something from their website....and it won't let me! The website says there is no ship-to-home option and the item is not available in stores....the only option is ship-to-store. Ok fine, I live within a couple stores! But then when I select that option, it says that my item is not available at any stores near me (I make the search a 50 mike radius too!) so I think this is really lame.....obviously it's an online only product, of course it's not showing up at any stores! Why wouldn't the main BRU warehouse ship the item to the store like it says it would!! I just don't get it.....&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is my rant confusing? Has anyone ekes ever encountered this?
