Maisie only has the mildest case. It goes away... but if there is eczema there too (as Lala had) there are things you can do to help clear it up. After they popped or whatever, they left a yellowish mark/residue that would get on his clothes. I had to wash his face and ears with soap and warm water every day.</p> <p>I read that they get it because they still have an excess amount of hormones from their mother from being in the womb. By 2-3 months old they say it'll go away. When did it show up and when did it go away?</p> <p>DD never really got baby acne, but DS has had a terrible case since he was about 2 weeks old (now 1 month). :( I know it's supposed to disappear in a few weeks; I'm just hoping it clears up by his baptism next month! </p>
