Well, we use the Target brand that says "compare with cetaphil", but it seems to work just as well. It also helped a lot with his eczema. It works really well and doesn't leave him all greasy. It's just now clearing up at 9 weeks. I used (and still do, occasionally) babyganics eczema cream. It seems to be getting better but now the skin seems really dry and kind of rough. Any suggestions on how to sooth the skin? Lotions that are ok for her face? Or should I leave her be since it doesn't seem to bother her?</p> <p>We only wash her face with water on a clean washcloth and don't currently use any lotions. </p>
