It was only a few at first but it got really bad and spread to her forehead, ears and neck. I thought it was baby acne and that it would clear up in a month or two but instead it kept getting worse. We took her to the doctor and he said it looked like excema and gave us cream to use once a day for a couple of days. I assumed it was either baby acne or heat rash, but now it's getting much worse. His face is covered completely with these red pimples as well as his neck and shoulders. He gets hot easily and it seems to get worse at night. Should I be too concerned? What's the difference between baby acne or heat rash? When baby acne/heat rash bad enough to call the ped? </p> <p>Not sure what to do. </p>
