Every month I write her a letter with her firsts and other notable stuff from that month, then I have 5 or so pages of photos from that month. Ill do it yearly after she turns one</p> <p>I also have a separate scrapbook to store things in. I can't wait to hear more ideas. I actually did a scrapbook (one of those pre-made ones that you just paste the pictures into) for the first 100 days, because family members kept asking to see pictures. It came out adorable so I plan on doing one for the next baby too. Nothing really big happens in the first 100 days anyway, so you really just need pictures, height, weight, etc. :) </p> <p>I do like the idea of the blurb books but I just love the idea of filling out forms and answering questions. I guess that's why I didn't mind taking the SATs :) I'm thinking of just going somewhere like The Paper Store and picking up whatever generic book they have. I just need something simple enough that I'll actually write in it and not put it off forever until I forget the specifics!</p> <p>It also doesn't help that I blog... We picked one out before RJ was born and it's WAY too extensive (we have to write letters for each milestone and how we felt, etc) so we never fill things out. </p> <p>I absolutely loved looking through my baby book growing up, and of course my parents left a ton of things blank and it always made me sad. </p> <p>We're going to buy two new baby books and fill one out for RJ using the stuff we did have with the old baby book, and start a new one for the new baby. </p> <p>Anyone have a simple, beautiful baby book they love? Links would be GREAT!!! </p>
