We have the Beaba Bib'Expresso and love it. I had to supplement w formula for the first month and this made the bottles to the perfect temp. Now we use the heating reservoir on top for heating bottles of breastmilk and will use it for thawing her purees. But the Brezza looks super useful!!

Must have been half asleep went I wrote my post earlier. LOL. I didn't mean to say 'warm temperature bottles'. I meant 'room temperature bottles'.

Oh, warm temperature bottles! Didn't think about this. Of course, I'm new to all of this. We just started TTC so I have a lot to learn. Yeah, this product may be a waste of money. Thanks everyone!

We use room temp water too. We fill gallon-sized bottles with filtered water from the fridge and leave it out so that it becomes room temp. I have a friend whose baby became dependent on not only warm bottles, but also ONLY ready-mixed formula (which is much more expensive) and she warned me about all this before we had Claire!

I wouldn't buy a kettle just for heating water. What we did is to heat the water, cool it down and then portion it out in bottles. We then portioned the powder and would heat the water when the time came to feed in a bottle warmer. Then we'd add the powder. Shake and feed.

I suppose it depends on your preference. I really didn't want to warm my daughters bottles just because it isn't always possible to easily warm a bottle if you're out or something. We use room temp water and mix with powdered formula and never had a problem. The formula they give you in the hospital is room temp so I never really saw an issue with just using regular water.

omg, that seems like a fantastic idea. i wish i would have known about this. i think bottle warmers are also a waste of money. i boiled water, cooled it down to the right temp, and then put it in a thermos to keep it at the right temperature for the day. this kettle would have made the process easier!

So I was just shopping for a gift for my nephew's first birthday. Well, then it turned into 4 hour wish list shopping for babies. Oops! The husband gave me that 'look', too. (We are only a couple weeks away from starting to TTC.) Yeah, whatever! lol

Anyway, I saw this Baby Brezza Perfect Temp Water Kettle.

http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11929435

It sounds like a good product to have and that it might actually be really useful for formula feeding.

I know I read some threads on WB about how bottle warmers are a waste of money. What about this?

So I'm asking all of you mommies out there, is this a good item to buy?
