I started sleep training last night. He fussed and cried for 20 minutes, tonight he literally only cried for 30 seconds and fell asleep. I can’t believe it!!! This is pretty much how my "sleep training" started. It was one evening of an inadvertent cry it out for like 8 minutes when I got stuck doing something for my young niece I was babysitting. My baby fell asleep on her own and slept through the night. I was amazed! My husband was doing laundry and I was showering and LO was laying in his gym. I could hear him crying from the shower and knew he was fussy and tired. When I got out of the shower, my husband said when he came upstairs (literally only five minutes crying) he was sound to sleep on the floor! My LO never sleeps any other way but nursing, so we were both in shock and my DH was so scared he checked to see if he was breathing! Hopefully this is a good sign that when we sleep train he won’t cry for long 😊 </p>
